Q: How long does it take to make my sign?
A: Signs generally are produced no more than 2 weeks after all payment have been paid.
Q: Will I get a discount if I order several signs?
A: Sure, why not? So we’ll give a discount to you if you have much order.Also,the regular buyer will be regarded as our VIP customers and get the discount price.

A: Usually, we accept T/T, For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.

A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or you can ask us to send you a Performa invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.

2) Delivery time required.

4. Q: Can we order a sample before mass production?
A: Yes, sample order is available, and it’s will take 5-7 days to finished usually.
Sample fee can be reduced in the bulk order.
5. Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: For those customer,who has DHL, FEDEX,TNT,UPS Account, can give your account number and we will send the samples by freight collected. And we can calculate the express freight for you to compare if necessary, if choose ours, then pay the freight charge directly to our company account, we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
